Immediate response to phone call – got a date in the diary straight away. I was asked the right questions, cloth type, colour choice, pictures of existing table and cloth requested ahead of visit. Arrived on time with all the right materials and tools. Matt is really friendly and I had a great chat while he worked, and he helped with other bits outside of the original work order on the day (quietening the noise that arises from the balls dropping into the wooden channel / chamber inside – seeign as he had the slate lifted off anyway – might aswell do it now). I would highly recommend Matt – cannot fault the service in any way. The job was to replace covering from old green cloth to new red cloth – see pictures. Just call him and book a date. Price set in advance – kept to his word. Just great.
